**Job Description**We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced **Project Risk Management Coordinator / Specialist** to join our project controls and delivery team. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks across our complex construction projects to ensure seamless delivery, contract compliance, and commercial security. **Key Responsibilities** * **Risk Assessment:** Establish, implement, and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan across all phases of construction project delivery. * **Risk Register:** Facilitate regular risk workshops with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain an accurate, up\-to\-date Project Risk Register. * **Quantitative \& Qualitative Analysis:** Perform comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk analysis (including cost and schedule risk modeling) using industry\-standard tools. * **Mitigation Strategies:** Develop robust proactive risk response plans, tracking containment actions, and escalating critical variances to project leadership. * **Compliance Reporting:** Provide high\-quality risk tracking dashboards and narrative reports aligned with corporate, client, and international framework standards. **Required Qualifications \& Experience** *(Strictly as per Project Specifications)* * **Education:** **Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering** or a closely related discipline. * **Overall Experience:** Minimum of Ten **(10\) years of overall experience** in construction project delivery. * **Specialized Experience:** Minimum of **four (4\) years of dedicated, relevant experience in project risk management**. * **Certifications (Preferred):** Formal training or recognized credentials in Risk Management (e.g., **PMI\-RMP**, **ISO 31000**, or equivalent recognized certifications). **Skills \& Competencies** * Deep familiarity with construction project scheduling, budgeting, and contractual frameworks in the GCC region. * Exceptional communication and reporting skills to present risk forecasts clearly to senior stakeholders. * Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in risk simulation software.
