Job description
• Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, schemes, and permissions to align with 3M's specific development and operational processes in RAK.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Jira documentation, including user guides and best practices, tailored for the 3M RAK environment.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Jira-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to 3M's RAK-based teams.
• Design and implement custom Jira dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into project progress, team performance, and issue resolution for 3M RAK management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience administering Jira Software, preferably within a large enterprise or manufacturing context.
• Proven experience with Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center, with a deep understanding of its core functionalities and administration.
• Certification such as Jira Administrator Certification (ACP-JA) or equivalent, validating expertise in Jira management.
