Jewellery Salesman

Diamonds House is looking for an experienced and reliable Jewellery Salesman to join our sales team in Doha. We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, has previous sales experience, and can be trusted to work responsibly and follow company procedures. Previous experience in jewellery sales is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery. * Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. * Explain product details, pricing, materials, and available options clearly. * Work towards individual and store sales targets. * Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. * Follow company instructions, sales procedures, and pricing guidelines. * Handle jewellery and other company property carefully and responsibly. * Keep the sales area and displays clean, organized, and well\-presented. * Coordinate with colleagues and management when required regarding customer orders or requests. * Share useful customer feedback, requests, and market observations with management. Requirements * Previous retail sales experience is required. * Previous jewellery sales experience is strongly preferred. * Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. * Honest, reliable, responsible, and punctual. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Comfortable approaching customers and closing sales. * Able to follow instructions and remain focused on assigned responsibilities. * Professional appearance and attitude. * Previous employment references are preferred.
