IT Workstream Project Manager

Vistas GlobalProgramme Management·Doha, Qatar·Full\-time·Ref: RRF\-VG\-BSO\-2026\-1008 **About the role** ------------------ We are seeking an experienced IT Workstream Project Manager to lead technology delivery streams within a core banking transformation program, ensuring successful implementation, integration, testing, and deployment across enterprise systems. This is a full\-time position based in Doha, Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline * Proven experience managing large\-scale banking transformation or core banking implementation projects * Hands\-on exposure to Temenos or similar core banking platforms * Experience managing system integrators, technology vendors, and third\-party delivery partners * Knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and application delivery frameworks * Background in banking technology, digital transformation, or financial services environments * Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile PM, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or ITIL Foundation are highly preferred **Skills \& Competencies** * Expertise in coordinating cross\-functional IT teams including infrastructure, applications, QA, and support functions * Experience overseeing API, middleware, and enterprise system integrations * Capable of driving data migration activities including ETL, validation, cleansing, and mock migrations * Proficiency in managing testing cycles, defect resolution, release planning, and deployment readiness * Adept at environment governance across Development, Test, UAT, and Production landscapes * Knowledge of performance, security, failover, and resilience testing methodologies * Experience managing infrastructure readiness, application deployment, and technology cutover activities * Effective stakeholder, vendor, and project governance management
