IT Technician – Restaurant Application & AI System

**Job Summary:** We are looking for an IT Technician to support our **new restaurant application and AI\-based system**. The candidate will work closely with management and developers to ensure smooth system operation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for the new application and AI system. * Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system issues. * Test new features, updates, and system integrations. * Coordinate with developers and technology providers. * Support and train restaurant staff on the new system. * Monitor system performance and report technical issues. * Assist with data, menu, product, and system updates. * Suggest improvements to enhance restaurant operations using technology and AI. **Requirements:** * IT support experience. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of software, networking, and computer systems. * Interest or experience in AI and new technologies. * Restaurant/F\&B technology experience is an advantage. * Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
