IT Support Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a proactive **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and support end\-users in daily operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-line IT support to employees and clients. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, applications, and equipment. * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. * Document support requests, resolutions, and system updates. * Collaborate with IT teams on upgrades, integrations, and system improvements. * Train staff on IT tools, applications, and procedures. * Liaise with vendors and service providers for technical support. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration. * Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance standards. * Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic business settings. * Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
