IT Support Engineer

**Job Title: IT Support Engineer / Officer** **Key Responsibilities** · Serve as the primary technical resource for resolving daily hardware, software, peripheral, and network support calls across corporate and remote sites. · Monitor and troubleshoot localized network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and critical primary/secondary backup connectivity lines to ensure business continuity. · Manage end\-user device lifecycles, endpoint security, and identity access management via AD/Entra ID and Office 365 Admin centers. · Collaborate with internal departments and external technical vendors to test, validate, and document system changes or module updates. · Actively contributes to corporate digitalization projects by identifying inefficient, paper\-based, or manual business processes. · Build and maintain automated operational workflows and custom business applications utilizing best suitable platforms available. · Provide essential system support for **SAP S/4HANA** and **SAP SuccessFactors**, including user access management, permission administration, troubleshooting access, Basis \& ABAP activities, and Functional Knowledge in core modules . **Experience** 3–5 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a systems\-focused helpdesk role. **Required Core Competencies** Strong working knowledge of Office 365 administration, SharePoint infrastructure management, and Windows/macOS operating systems. Hands\-on ability to create functional, automated multi\-step workflows using Power Automate and low\-code applications via Power Apps. Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, secure VPN access, and managing failover internet setups. Practical experience in navigating, troubleshooting, or administering basic functions within **SAP S/4HANA** and **SAP SuccessFactors** will be an added advantage. **Education** Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related technical field.
