IT Specialist - Executive Support

**Date:** 21 Jul 2026 **Location:** KW **Company:** Alghanim Industries **Job Profile:** As an IT Specialist \- Executive Support, you will be providing all IT specific support to the Group CEO, Chairman and Senior Executives of the organization. You need to be able to work independently and provide 24 x 7 as and when required. We require individuals with a high degree of professionalism, prior experience supporting VIP Clients and a sound understanding/experience of MAC and other latest technologies. **Responsibilities:** Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Service in technical IT matters. Supporting the team of IT Specialists with knowledge, best practice and training to enable the team to deliver a world class customer experience. Working closely with the internal Service Operations teams to establish Roadmaps, planned projects and any change activities. Forming impact assessments for all change related activities to the Service customer base To be passionate about the service, the customers and about useful adoption of technology to delivery productivity gains and improve customer satisfaction. To ensure rigorous assessments are carried out to minimize any impact as a result of IT change activities To have a very strong and demonstrable customer satisfaction mindset. **Candidate Requirments :** 5 \- 7 Years of total experience 3 \- 5 Years in Executive support Strong experience supporting Windows, macOS, LAN, and end\-user devices (PCs, smartphones, tablets). Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and desktop/network troubleshooting. Experience with system installations, deployments, and IT projects. Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, file/print services, and monitoring. Strong knowledge of Apple technologies (macOS, iOS, AirPlay, AirPrint) and Mac integration with Windows/Active Directory. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with cloud technologies, MDM/device management, and application packaging/deployment. Knowledge of Jamf (Casper Suite), home automation, and high\-end Hi\-Fi systems is an advantage. Strong communication, documentation, training, and customer service skills. ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) preferred.
