IT Solution Consultant

**Location:** Churchill Executive Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE **Work Mode:** On\-site **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Department:** Sales **Languages:** Arabic \& English – Required About the Role Speed Auto Systems is looking for a **tech\-savvy IT Solutions Consultant** who combines technology knowledge, business understanding, client communication, and sales experience. The role involves working directly with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, identify suitable software solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales process from initial discussion through to closing. We are looking for someone who can understand both **technology and business** and confidently communicate with business owners, CEOs, General Managers, IT Managers, and other decision\-makers. **Key Responsibilities** * Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements * Analyze business processes, challenges, and operational needs * Recommend suitable software and technology solutions * Conduct professional product and software demonstrations * Present solutions based on individual customer requirements * Explain technical concepts in clear business language * Support the sales team during client meetings and sales cycles * Gather and document customer requirements * Prepare solution presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation * Coordinate with technical and product teams when required * Handle customer questions and objections * Support opportunities from initial consultation through commercial closure * Maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Engineering, or a related field * Experience in **IT sales, software sales, pre\-sales, solutions consulting, business analysis, or technology consulting** * Strong understanding of software and IT solutions * Ability to quickly learn and understand new software products * Strong product presentation and demonstration skills * Good business analysis and requirement\-gathering abilities * Previous sales or client\-facing experience * Confident and outgoing personality * Strong communication and presentation skills * Fluent in **Arabic and English** * Comfortable communicating with senior business decision\-makers * Interest in AI, SaaS, CRM, ERP, automation, and modern technology * UAE experience is preferred **The Candidate We Want** We want someone who can **understand a business problem, understand the technology, and explain how the technology can solve the problem.** If you have a combination of **IT knowledge, business analysis, software consulting, product demonstrations, and sales experience**, this could be the right opportunity for you.
