* **Responsibilities:** \- Microsoft and non\-Microsoft on\-site support. \- Serve as the first point of contact for end\-user support. \- Upgrade any of the current systems. \- Office 365 suites, Azure AD, Intune. \- Support and troubleshoot telephone and VOIP issues to resolve them. \- Manage \& troubleshoot Plotters \& Multifunction Printers\& Scanners \- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows client workstations. \- Own issues through resolution, escalating to appropriate support member/team when necessary. \- Set up equipment for employee use, perform or ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, mobile devices, or appropriate software. \- Documents, tracks, and examines problems to ensure timely solutions. \- Responsible for maintaining a fluid and organized inventory for all IT hardware. **Skills:** \- 5\+ years of experience in the field \- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution \- Windows Servers \- Active directory \- Azure Active Directory \- Experience with Windows 10 and 11\. \- Experience in office 365 suites. \- Experience supporting production applications, solutions, Hardware, and networking. \- Good critical thinking and problem \- Problem\-solving skills. \- Experience with rapid problem solving. \- CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or any Microsoft Certified Job Type: Contract Contract length: 24 months Application Question(s): * What are your expectations and current benefits? * How long is your notice period, or when can you join?
