Job description

Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and workstations. Diagnose and repair hardware faults. Replace defective components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboards, power supplies, and processors. Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems. Install and maintain LAN/WAN networks. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues. Manage network cabling and patch panels. Install and maintain Windows/Linux servers. Manage Active Directory and user accounts. Perform server backup and recovery. Monitor server health and performance.
