**Location:** Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE **Experience:** 5–8 Years **Notice Period:** Immediate to 30 Days **Please note:** *Candidates currently based in* ***Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE*** *will be highly preferred for this opportunity.* **Role Overview:** ------------------ We are looking for experienced **IT Network Administrator** to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, network systems, servers, Microsoft 365, Azure services, security, and end\-user technology. The role combines network and systems administration with cloud infrastructure, security, IT support, and operational management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on experience across **LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Windows/Linux servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, network security, and IT infrastructure support**. **Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------- ### **IT \& User Support** * Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot network, system, hardware, and software issues. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents while ensuring timely service restoration. * Train users on IT systems, policies, and best practices. ### **Network Administration** * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software. * Manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related network infrastructure. * Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues. * Maintain expertise across LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies. ### **Server \& Systems Administration** * Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments. * Administer operating systems, applications, configurations, and associated infrastructure. * Support Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, and enterprise systems. ### **Microsoft 365 Administration** * Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, Domain Controller, and SharePoint. * Support Microsoft 365 security and ensure appropriate access and configuration. ### **Azure \& Cloud Infrastructure** * Administer and support Microsoft Azure services with a focus on performance, availability, and security. * Manage Azure resources, storage, and virtual networks. * Support Azure networking, security, identity management, and governance. * Apply cloud infrastructure best practices across enterprise environments. ### **Security \& Infrastructure Protection** * Implement and manage network security controls, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems. * Support network security, identity management, and infrastructure governance. * Ensure enterprise systems and network environments are maintained securely. ### **Backup, Recovery \& Business Continuity** * Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans. * Support data integrity, availability, and recovery readiness across IT infrastructure. ### **AV \& Collaboration Technology** * Manage and support audio\-visual solutions, including conference room setups, video conferencing systems, and AV equipment. ### **Documentation \& Vendor Management** * Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes. * Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network and IT\-related services and support. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** -------------------------------------- ### **Education** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field**. ### **Experience** * **5–8 years** of relevant experience in network administration and IT support. ### **Technical Skills** * Network \& Systems Administration * LAN/WAN * TCP/IP * DNS \& DHCP * VPN * Windows \& Linux Server Administration * Microsoft 365 * Exchange * Active Directory \& Domain Controllers * SharePoint * Microsoft Azure * Network Security * Firewall \& Antivirus Administration * Backup \& Disaster Recovery * Cloud Infrastructure Management ### **Certifications** Relevant certifications such as the following are preferred: * CCNA * CompTIA Network\+ * CompTIA Security\+ * MCSE * Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate **Soft Skills:** ---------------- * Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Strong ownership and operational mindset. **What We Offer:** ------------------ * Continuous learning and professional development opportunities. * A dynamic and supportive work environment. * Exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security technologies. * Opportunities to work across modern infrastructure and digital technology environments. **Apply Now:** **\[email protected]**
