**Job Title:** IT Manager – Smart Factory \& Infrastructure **Location:** KAEC, Saudi Arabia **Function:** Engineering / Smart Infrastructure / IT **Seniority:** Senior Management ### **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **IT Manager – Smart Factory \& Infrastructure** to lead the integration of digital infrastructure, smart\-building technologies and facility engineering systems within a major automotive manufacturing development. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership for IT and smart\-building infrastructure. * Oversee ICT infrastructure, telecommunications and structured cabling. * Coordinate data\-centre and server\-room readiness. * Manage BMS, SCADA, security and smart\-building systems. * Coordinate IT infrastructure with MEP and utility systems. * Manage interfaces with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire\-protection systems. * Coordinate external power, water, telecommunications and other utility connections. * Review engineering designs for constructability and operational performance. * Monitor contractor installations and technical compliance. * Resolve multidisciplinary engineering/interface issues. * Oversee integrated systems testing and commissioning. * Ensure systems are ready for manufacturing operations and future expansion. * Review as\-built documentation and O\&M information. ### **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering mandatory**. * IT, Computer Science or Telecommunications education/exposure required. * **15\+ years in complex industrial or high\-tech facilities.** * Strong ICT, data\-centre and smart\-building infrastructure experience. * Experience with BMS / SCADA / structured cabling / security systems. * Strong testing and commissioning background. * SCE approval required. * PMP and NFPA credentials required by the source JD. * MBA preferred.
