Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to manage and support the organization’s end-to-end IT infrastructure, cloud services, network operations, security, and user support across multiple business entities and locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, networking, cloud administration, endpoint management, IT security, and vendor coordination, with the ability to independently manage enterprise IT environments and support ongoing infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Windows Server & Active Directory Administration
• Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage user accounts, security groups, permissions, and domain policies.
• Enforce organizational security standards, access controls, and compliance requirements.
Server, Network & Storage Management
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure high availability.
• Manage file servers, shared folders, NTFS permissions, SAN/NAS storage, and backup repositories.
• Administer switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, and optimize infrastructure performance.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Manage enterprise backup operations, restore testing, and data protection strategies.
• Develop, document, and maintain disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans.
Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage Azure Active Directory identities, Conditional Access policies, MFA, and role-based access control.
• Ensure secure cloud access, compliance, and uninterrupted user productivity.
Device & Endpoint Management
• Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Ensure reliable LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity across all endpoints.
Telephony & Printing Systems
• Administer Yeastar PBX systems and user configurations.
• Manage UniFlow printing systems, access permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for printer maintenance and issue resolution.
IT Procurement & Asset Management
• Handle end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.
• Manage vendor quotations, negotiations, contracts, renewals, and SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and cost optimization initiatives.
Vendor & Third-Party Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors including Microsoft, Lenovo, Dell, ISPs, and service providers.
• Manage escalations, outage coordination, audits, and compliance reporting.
End-User Support & Training
• Provide Level 0–1 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Visio, and video conferencing systems.
• Conduct user awareness sessions and proactive IT health monitoring.
Security & Compliance
• Monitor antivirus systems, endpoint protection, and threat mitigation activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Recommend improvements related to IT security, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management.
Domain & Email Administration
• Manage corporate domains and email platforms end-to-end using GoDaddy and Microsoft 365.
• Handle user provisioning/deprovisioning, password resets, and access management.
• Manage DNS records, domain renewals, and email security configurations including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Multi-Site IT Support & Infrastructure Projects
• Support and manage IT operations across multiple office and residential locations.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade IT infrastructure including networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and smart systems.
• Build and maintain secure VLAN architectures for staff, guests, IoT devices, and surveillance systems.
• Manage internet connectivity, ISP coordination, redundancy planning, and infrastructure upgrades with minimal downtime.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Networking, or Security certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and multi-site support environments.
