IT Helpdesk Support Specialist - Muscat, Nizwa, Sohar (Omani Nationals ONLY)

**IT Helpdesk Support Specialists (Muscat, Sohar, Nizwa):** * **Incident \& Request Management:** Operate the enterprise ticketing system to log, prioritize, and resolve first\-line IT incidents and service requests for over 550 end users. * **Technical Support:** Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, email client setups, anti\-virus solutions, local/network printers, scanners, and peripherals. * **Knowledge Management:** Assist in building an internal FAQ and knowledge repository to facilitate end\-user self\-service. * **Field Visits:** Conduct scheduled monthly site visits and on\-demand emergency visits to regional grid stations, submitting technical visit reports upon completion. **Minimum Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **Nationality:** Must be Omani Nationals. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related discipline. * **Professional Experience:** 3–5 years in technical support and system administration. **Key Certifications:** * ITIL Foundation and A\+ certifications highly desirable. **Languages:** * Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
