IT EXECUTIVE (DEVELOPMENT & SYSTEMS)

IT EXECUTIVE (DEVELOPMENT \& SYSTEMS) We are seeking a skilled and motivated **IT Professional** with strong experience in **software development, coding, systems support, and IT operations** to join our team. **Position:** IT Executive – Development \& Systems **Experience:** 3–5 Years **Location:** Bahrain **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and enhance internal applications, systems, and digital solutions. * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code based on operational requirements. * Support the development and integration of software applications, databases, APIs, and third\-party systems. * Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system\-related issues. * Maintain and support company IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and user accounts. * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through technology. * Assist with website, application, and database development and maintenance. * Ensure proper system security, data protection, backups, and access controls. * Provide technical support and guidance to users across departments. * Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of relevant professional experience**. * Strong knowledge of **coding and software/application development**. * Experience with programming languages and technologies such as **Python, JavaScript, PHP, Java, C\#/.NET, HTML/CSS, SQL**, or similar technologies. * Good knowledge of databases, APIs, system integration, and web technologies. * Knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, Windows environments, and general IT support. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT requirements. **Preferred Skills:** Experience in **automation, application development, system integration, database management, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and hospitality systems** will be highly advantageous.
