Responsibility & Scope • Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance and security • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms • Monitor system performance and perform regular updates to maintain efficiency • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop solutions • Provide user support and training for new technologies and software applications • Conduct regular system backups and verify data integrity to prevent data loss • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices • Manage network security measures to protect sensitive information and systems • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT to recommend improvements and innovations • Assist in planning and overseeing IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals • Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software to enhance organizational capabilities • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding data handling and security • Participate in on-call support and troubleshooting as needed to maintain system uptime • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for purchasing and maintenance of IT assets Requirements In-depth knowledge of Compute, Storage, and Virtualization solutions. Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, enterprise software, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions. Certifications in Dell/HPE/Lenovo, NetApp/Dell-EMC, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, Oracle, Veeam, Citrix, NVIDIA, Cloudera are preferred. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions Provide training and technical resources to internal teams and customers Act as a customer advocate, focusing on their security requirements and staying updated on Compute, Storage, AI and Cloud trends Ensure proposed solutions align with the latest server, storage, security and networking best practices Skills & Competencies Compute, storage & virtualization Compute, storage & virtualization Data center management
