IT Applications Lead- Enterprise Applications

Role & responsibilities 1. LOS/LMS & Lending Systems (Primary) 1. Take end-to-end ownership of the legacy LMS and the new Basikon LOS + LMS from functional, technical, and operational perspectives. 2. Lead the replacement of the legacy LMS with the new LOS + LMS platform, ensuring continuity of all lending operations throughout transition. 3. Develop a deep understanding of existing loan data structures, interest logic, repayment schedules, charges, and system dependencies. 4. Coordinate and execute data analysis, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration of active loan accounts. 5. Support parallel-run activities, cutover execution, and post-migration stabilisation including rollback readiness. 2. Integrations & Enterprise Interoperability 6. Design, manage, and support API-based integrations between the LOS/LMS and: • Core ERP (in coordination with the ERP team) • CRM systems • Payment gateways and banking systems • Third-party services (electronic signature providers, companies' registrars, etc.) 7. Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, data mismatches, and performance degradation across connected systems. 8. Support automation of lending workflows across origination, servicing, collections, and management reporting. 3. ERP Collaboration (Integration Scope Only) Note: This role does not manage ERP systems directly. The scope is limited to integration and functional alignment. 9. Work closely with ERP functional and technical teams to align data models and interfaces. 10. Ensure correct posting of financial entries from the lending platform to the ERP. 11. Validate end-to-end transaction flows across system boundaries. 4. Technology, Reporting & Analytics 12. Analyse application data and implement BI dashboards and reports for lending, collections, and senior management. 13. Validate application changes for data accuracy, performance, and business correctness before production deployment. 14. Support system enhancements and configuration changes in coordination with software vendors (Mambu, Basikon) and internal teams. 5. Production Support & Training 15. Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for LOS/LMS and integrated applications. 16. Coordinate issue resolution with software vendors and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. 17. Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare documentation: user manuals, SOPs, data mapping documents, and integration guides. Mambu product certification or formal training Prior exposure to Basikon LOS/LMS platform Experience with monolith-to-microservices migration programmes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling Knowledge of electronic signature and companies' registrar integrations Multi-cloud infrastructure experience (AWS + GCP or Azure) Background in custom-built lending platform decommissioning Agile / Scrum delivery experience
