**Impact \& Scope** Score Plus Education is looking for an **IT Administrator cum Operations Executive** who will be primarily responsible for administering and supporting the organisation’s IT infrastructure across all locations. The role will ensure the availability, security and effective performance of systems, networks, applications and end\-user devices.In addition to core IT responsibilities, the position will provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's offices and centers. **Desired Skills \& Experience Leadership** * Ability to manage and coordinate team guide and support users in adopting systems and following IT procedures. **IT Administration and Support** * Monitor and administer the IT infrastructure across all offices and centres. * Ensure that computers, laptops, printers and other end\-user devices at all locations are functioning effectively. * Monitor and update website information as required. * Configure, monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services. * Create, maintain and deactivate user accounts and manage appropriate system\-access permissions. * Set up and administer cloud\-based email and productivity platforms, including Google Workspace. * Support and maintain business applications, including Pastel accounting software, biometric systems, Scanster, Yonkers and other authorised applications. * Monitor CCTV servers and coordinate the resolution of technical issues. * Monitor and maintain antivirus and endpoint\-security solutions. * Configure and support Cisco VPN client software and other secure remote\-access solutions. * Set up and support Remote Desktop connectivity. * Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues. * Configure, monitor and troubleshoot fax and related communication systems, where applicable. * Manage and monitor centrally controlled wireless systems. * Configure, manage and troubleshoot network printers and related printing services. * Monitor system and network performance across all locations. * Develop, review and implement policies governing the use of computer systems, networks and organisational data. * Monitor user compliance with IT security policies and access\-control requirements. * Ensure server and organisational data are backed up regularly and that backup processes are successfully completed. * Coordinate and provide technical support for video conferences through Google Meet and other approved platforms. * Maintain and support web\-based enquiry systems. * Undertake basic LAN cabling and cable termination where required. * Assist students with IT\-related issues in laboratories and learning areas. * Coordinate with the US\-based team regarding changes, upgrades and updates to application software, and implement approved changes across relevant locations. * Maintain records of IT assets, system configurations, user accounts, software licences and technical support activities. * Obtain and evaluate quotations for IT hardware, software and related services. **Operations Support** * Coordinate artwork and advertisement requirements with the relevant internal teams and external agencies. * Download attendance records and convert the data into Excel reports for all centres. * Distribute web\-based enquiries to the relevant locations, including locations in India. * Prepare reports relating to web\-based enquiries and share them with the appropriate stakeholders. * Support documentation and general administrative requirements. * Assist as an examination invigilator when required. * Support the distribution of flyers and other promotional materials. * Provide operational support on Fridays or outside regular working hours when required. * Support the collection and comparison of market quotations, particularly for IT hardware and related products. * Assist with the technical and operational setup of stalls at exhibitions and events. **Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities** * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide practical solutions that meet business requirements. * Sound decision\-making skills and the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks. * Effective time\-management and project\-coordination skills. * Ability to remain calm and productive while working under pressure or within demanding timelines. * Knowledge of project\-management methodologies, tools and techniques. * Good verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to explain technical matters clearly to non\-technical users. * Strong interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams and external service providers. * Strong organisational and documentation skills. * High standards of confidentiality, integrity and accountability. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. * Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in IT administration, infrastructure support or technical support. * Practical knowledge of system administration, networking, hardware, software and information\-security practices. * Experience supporting multiple offices or business locations would be an advantage. * Willingness to travel between locations when required. * Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary to support critical IT requirements or meet business objectives. **Performance Measurements** Performance will be measured against the following areas, including but not limited to: * Availability, reliability and performance of IT systems and infrastructure. * Timely resolution of IT support requests and technical issues. * Information security, data protection and compliance with IT policies. * Successful completion and verification of data backups. * Contribution of IT projects to business priorities and return on investment. * Alignment of IT solutions with the organisation’s strategic and operational requirements. * Accuracy and quality of management information and technical documentation. * Successful implementation of IT projects and system improvements. * Effective management and mitigation of organisational and technology\-related risks. * Quality and timeliness of operational and administrative support. * Internal\-user satisfaction and overall service quality. Pay: AED4,500\.00 \- AED5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
