iScala Functional Analyst

**What you will do** We are looking for an experienced iScala Functional Analyst to join our global team. You will **provide functional expertise, application support, and deployment guidance** for the iScala ERP platform, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement across **global business units**. The role focuses on supporting users, resolving complex functional issues, driving enhancements, and improving service performance in a managed services environment. **How you will do it** **Application Design \& Deployment** * Configure and support iScala ERP solutions aligned with business requirements and global standards. * Lead functional deployment activities and support ERP enhancement initiatives. * Participate in testing, upgrades, and implementation projects. **ERP Support \& Managed Services** * Provide advanced functional support for iScala ERP and related Edge Apps solutions. * Troubleshoot complex business and system issues. * Ensure SLA targets are met and support tickets are resolved efficiently. * Partner with business users and regional IT Business Partners to address critical operational needs. **Business Analysis \& Stakeholder Management** * Gather and analyze business requirements. * Translate business needs into system solutions and process improvements. * Act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams. * Collaborate with global teams to support ERP optimization and standardization. **Compliance \& Continuous Improvement** * Support localization, electronic invoicing, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements. * Assist with financial reporting processes and SOX\-related governance. * Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, and support effectiveness. **Data \& Integration Support** * Support data migration and ERP mapping activities. * Work with technical teams on integrations and data\-related requirements. * Basic understanding of SQL and ETL concepts is beneficial. **What we look for** **Required** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Strong managed services and functional application support background in **iScala**. * Experience working in complex international environments supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred** * Experience with iScala Financials, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, Contract Management, or Service Management modules. * Edge Apps ecosystem experience. * Team leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience. **About Us** Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management, mission\-critical building systems, energy efficiency, and decarbonization, helps customers use energy more productively, reduce carbon emissions, and operate with the precision and resilience required in rapidly expanding industries such as data centers, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, and higher education.
