Age: 21 to 50 Years. **Job Summary** The Life Insurance \& Investment Senior Consultant provides comprehensive financial advisory services, including life insurance, investment planning, and wealth management solutions. The role focuses on managing high\-value client portfolios, driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior consultants. **Key Responsibilities** Client Advisory \& Wealth Planning Advise clients on life insurance, retirement planning, and investment solutions aligned with their financial goals Conduct detailed financial needs analysis and risk profiling Design customized portfolios covering protection, savings, and long\-term investmentsReview client portfolios periodically and recommend rebalancing strategiesInsurance \& Investment Solutions Offer life insurance products including term plans, endowment plans, ULIPs, annuities, and riders Recommend investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, fixed income products, and market\-linked instruments (as per licensing)Educate clients on risk, returns, tax efficiency, and asset allocationSales \& Business Development Achieve and exceed revenue targets across insurance and investment products Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships Identify cross\-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client portfoliosSupport marketing initiatives, investor meets, and financial awareness programs Relationship \& Portfolio ManagementManage relationships with HNI, UHNI, and affluent clients Act as a trusted advisor for long\-term financial planning Ensure high client retention through proactive service and engagement **Qualifications:** 10\+2 with experience orBachelor’s degree.
