Investment Banking Director **Company:** Choice Bank **Location:** Central Business District, Muscat, Oman **Salary:** OMR 3,200 / month Job Summary Choice Bank is seeking an experienced **Investment Banking Director** to lead corporate finance, investment banking, and strategic advisory activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis, deal structuring, capital markets, and client relationship management, with the ability to lead complex transactions and deliver strategic financial solutions. Responsibilities * Lead investment banking and corporate finance transactions from origination through execution. * Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners. * Identify and originate new business opportunities across investment banking and advisory services. * Lead mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic finance engagements. * Develop financial models, valuations, transaction analyses, and investment proposals. * Prepare and review pitch books, information memoranda, presentations, and transaction documentation. * Conduct detailed industry, market, and company analysis to support investment decisions. * Lead negotiations and coordinate transaction processes with clients and external advisors. * Manage due diligence activities and coordinate with legal, accounting, and regulatory teams. * Monitor transaction risks, financial performance, and regulatory requirements. * Provide strategic financial advice to senior executives and corporate clients. * Lead and mentor investment banking analysts, associates, and other team members. * Manage transaction pipelines, revenue targets, budgets, and business development activities. * Ensure transactions comply with applicable banking, securities, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. * Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. * Extensive experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M\&A, or financial advisory. * Proven track record of leading complex financial transactions. * Strong knowledge of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring. * Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills. * Strong understanding of corporate finance and capital markets. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client\-management abilities. * Strong leadership and team\-management skills. * Excellent strategic thinking and problem\-solving capabilities. * High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. * Ability to manage multiple high\-value transactions under strict deadlines.
