B. Online: Salasa One (order management system) with integrations with online web stores such as Zed, Salla and Shopify and with warehouse management systems and transport management system. This is the one\-stop\-shop for our clients to manage their processes and supply chain end\-to\-end. **Role Description:** The Inventory Supervisor is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Riyadh. This role oversees daily inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating physical inventory counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems. The Inventory Supervisor supports inventory control processes, investigates discrepancies, and implements corrective actions to maintain data integrity. The role includes supervising inventory staff, assigning tasks, training team members on procedures, and promoting adherence to safety and quality standards. The Inventory Supervisor collaborates closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient stock utilization, while preparing regular inventory reports and performance metrics for management. **Qualifications:** * Strong supervisory skills to lead, coach, and coordinate inventory teams, with the ability to manage workloads and performance. * Analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and support process improvements. * Hands\-on experience with physical inventory processes, including cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities. * Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock management practices, and familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems. * Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross\-functional teams, document procedures, and report inventory status clearly. * Experience in e\-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations is highly beneficial. * Ability to work on\-site in a fast\-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. * Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools for reporting and data **Required qualifications:** * Graduate, Inventory management experience. **years of experience:** * 5 Years.
