**About Flash Freeze** Flash Freeze Manufacturing LLC is the only flash freeze processing facility inside the Dubai Fruit and Vegetable Market at Ras Al Khor. If you need a system handed to you before you can operate — this is not the right place. **The Role** This role owns the physical reality of what's actually in the building — raw material, packaging, and finished goods — and makes sure the number in the system matches what's actually on the shelf. Production planning and order fulfillment both depend on this being right, every day. This is a precision role: the number you report is the number the business plans around. **What You Will Do** → Maintain accurate real\-time inventory counts across raw material, packaging, and finished goods → Run regular physical stock counts and reconcile against system records → Flag discrepancies between recorded and actual stock immediately, not at month\-end → Coordinate with Sourcing \& Purchasing on reorder timing based on real consumption data → Track finished goods inventory against D2C and B2B order commitments → Maintain FIFO (first\-in, first\-out) rotation discipline for perishable and frozen stock → Report inventory status and shrinkage to Operations Lead weekly **Apply If You** ✓ Have managed inventory or warehouse stock in a food, retail, or manufacturing environment ✓ Notice a discrepancy between a count and a system record and chase it down instead of shrugging it off ✓ Are comfortable with spreadsheets or inventory software, and can learn a new system quickly ✓ Can be trusted with a physical count that nobody double\-checks behind you ✓ Understand why FIFO matters for frozen or perishable product, or can learn it fast ✓ Communicate a shortage or overage the day you find it, not the day someone asks **Do Not Apply If You** ✗ Consider inventory counts a formality rather than something that has to be accurate ✗ Have never worked with physical stock, only digital records ✗ Let small discrepancies go unexplained because tracking them down feels tedious ✗ Need someone else to catch your errors before they become a production problem ✗ Are uncomfortable working in a cold storage or blast\-freeze environment for parts of your day ✗ Treat "close enough" as good enough when it comes to counts **Benefits** Competitive salary commensurate with experience Visa sponsorship and UAE residency provided Medical insurance in line with UAE Labour Law requirements 30 days annual leave per UAE Labour Law Performance bonus tied to delivery quality and operational impact Work Location: In person
