Inventory Controller

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team in the cosmetics and beauty retail sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * \- Monitor and control daily inventory movement. * \- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with the system. * \- Monitor stock shortages, excess stock, slow\-moving and fast\-moving items. * \- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports. * \- Know all suppliers and the products/brands supplied by each supplier. * \- Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding stock availability, shortages, orders and delivery schedules. * \- Follow up on pending purchase orders and expected deliveries. * \- Coordinate with suppliers regarding shortages, returns, damaged items and discrepancies. * \- Ensure received quantities match purchase orders and invoices. * \- Coordinate with the merchandising, purchasing and sales teams. * \- Prepare regular reports on stock status and replenishment requirements. * \- Ensure sufficient stock is available to support sales and avoid out\-of\-stock situations. **Requirements:** * \- Previous experience in inventory control, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or retail. * \- Good knowledge of Excel and inventory systems. * \- Strong communication and follow\-up skills. * \- Good knowledge of suppliers and purchasing procedures. * \- Ability to work accurately under pressure. * \- Previous UAE experience is preferred.
