INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Inventory Controller **Location:** Ajman \- United Arab Emirates **Experience:** 2–3 years **Employment Type:** Full\-time Job Description We are looking for a **detail\-oriented and experienced Inventory Controller** with hands\-on experience in a **manufacturing environment**. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, reconciling physical and system stock, and ensuring proper control of raw materials, work\-in\-progress, and finished goods. The candidate should have practical experience with **Tally and MS Excel** and a good understanding of manufacturing inventory processes. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate inventory records for **raw materials, WIP, finished goods, packing materials, and consumables**. * Record and monitor all inventory movements in **Tally**. * Monitor material receipts, issues to production, transfers, returns, and finished goods receipts. * Coordinate with the **Production, Warehouse, Purchase, Sales, and Accounts departments**. * Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate stock discrepancies. * Conduct regular physical stock counts and cycle counts. * Monitor **raw material consumption against production requirements and BOMs**. * Track WIP and finished goods inventory. * Monitor inventory ageing, slow\-moving, excess, and obsolete stock. * Verify goods received against purchase documents and warehouse records. * Ensure proper documentation for material issues and receipts. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management. * Assist in inventory valuation and month\-end stock closing. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to avoid shortages or overstocking. * Maintain proper records of damaged, rejected, returned, and obsolete materials. * Identify inventory variances and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure inventory transactions are entered accurately and on time. * Support management in improving inventory control procedures and reducing stock losses. Requirements * **2–3 years of experience as an Inventory Controller/Inventory Officer in a manufacturing company.** * **Manufacturing experience is mandatory.** * Practical experience with **Tally** is required. * Good knowledge of **MS Excel**, including stock reconciliation and reporting. * Good understanding of **raw materials, WIP, finished goods, BOM, and production consumption**. * Experience in physical stock counting and inventory reconciliation. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good coordination and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * **UAE manufacturing experience is preferred.** * Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
