Inventory Control Manager

Join a Leading Holding Company We are seeking an exceptional Inventory Control Manager to lead and optimize inventory operations across multiple business units within our diversified holding company. This is a strategic leadership role for a highly analytical, results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-company environments. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement inventory control strategies that maximize accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and valuation across multiple subsidiaries. • Establish and enforce inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Lead inventory planning, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory activities. • Analyse inventory KPIs and identify opportunities to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve turnover. • Collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, warehouses, and business unit leaders to ensure optimal stock availability. • Drive ERP/WMS optimization and leverage data analytics for informed decision-making. • Lead, mentor, and develop inventory control teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive inventory management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Experience managing inventory across multiple companies or business units is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent is an advantage What We’re Looking For We are looking for a leader who: • Delivers exceptional inventory accuracy. • Uses data to drive business decisions. • Builds high-performing teams. • Thinks strategically while executing operational excellence. • Takes ownership and consistently delivers measurable results.
