Inventory Assistant – Saudi National **Location:** Saudi Arabia **Nationality:** Saudi National **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Job Summary We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Inventory Assistant** to support day\-to\-day inventory and stock management activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock movements, assisting with stock counts, and coordinating with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory. * Receive, inspect, and record stock and materials. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. * Assist with regular physical stock counts and inventory audits. * Update inventory transactions accurately in the ERP/inventory management system. * Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation. * Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams. * Ensure materials and products are properly labeled, stored, and organized. * Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing stock. * Support stock transfers between warehouses, stores, or departments. * Follow company procedures related to inventory control, safety, and documentation. Requirements * **Saudi National**. * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting**, or a related field. * Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or stock control is preferred. * Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**. * Experience with **ERP or inventory management systems** is an advantage. * Good numerical and record\-keeping skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
