Intools Technician RLP

• Maintain and update instrumentation data using SPI INTools (SmartPlant Instrumentation) . • Prepare and update Instrument Index, Instrument Specification Sheets, Loop Drawings, Wiring Drawings, Interconnection Diagrams, and I/O Assignments. • Support Process Safety Information (PSI) and Management of Change (MOC) activities by maintaining accurate engineering documentation. • Verify instrumentation data through document reviews and field verification when required. • Generate reports and ensure the integrity of instrumentation databases. • Support Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams with accurate instrumentation documentation. • Perform SPI INTools administration activities including data management, reporting, user management, backup, recovery, and system upgrades. • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline. • 3–5 years of Oil & Gas experience ; petrochemical industry experience is preferred. • Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with SPI INTools (SmartPlant Instrumentation) in an operating Oil & Gas or Petrochemical environment . • Strong knowledge of Instrument Indexes, Specification Sheets, Loop Drawings, Wiring Drawings, Interconnection Diagrams, and I/O Assignments. • Experience with Process Safety Information (PSI) and Management of Change (MOC) processes. • Experience supporting engineering, operations, and maintenance teams. • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Willing to relocate to Ras Laffan, Qatar . Candidates without hands-on SPI INTools experience in an operating Oil & Gas or Petrochemical plant will not be considered.
