Internship - HR Admin

**Job Summary:** The HR Admin Intern supports the Human Resources Manager in the accurate, timely, and confidential administration of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, HR documentation, and general office coordination. The role provides hands\-on exposure to the employee lifecycle within a regulated virtual\-assets business while ensuring that all assigned work follows approved templates, procedures, and authorization channels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and Candidate Coordination **Onboarding and Employee Documentation** Visa, Insurance, and Employee\-Document Support **Attendance, Timekeeping, and Leave Administration** General Office and Administrative Support **Confidentiality:** * Protect employee, candidate, payroll, medical, identification, immigration, disciplinary, and Company information and disclose it only to authorized persons. * Follow Company requirements relating to data protection, cybersecurity, records management, confidentiality, intellectual property, AML/CFT and sanctions awareness, and applicable regulatory communications. * Use only approved systems, templates, email channels, folders, and access rights; do not copy HR data to personal devices or unauthorized storage. * Maintain professional, respectful, accurate, and impartial communication with employees, candidates, managers, universities, and service providers. * Immediately report suspected data loss, unauthorized access, inaccurate records, conflicts of interest, or procedural breaches to the Human Resources Manager.
