تعلن شركة تعمل في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية عن حاجتها إلى **مختص في الشحن الجوي الدولي (International Air Freight Specialist)** يتمتع بخبرة عملية قوية في الشحن الجوي، ولديه القدرة على التواصل والتفاوض المباشر مع شركات الطيران ووكلاء الشحن للحصول على أفضل الأسعار والحلول التشغيلية. المهام والمسؤوليات: * التواصل والتفاوض مع **شركات الطيران ووكلاء الشحن الجوي** محليًا ودوليًا. * الحصول على **أسعار شحن تنافسية** ومقارنتها والتفاوض لتحسين الأسعار والشروط. * بناء شبكة علاقات قوية مع شركات الطيران ومقدمي خدمات الشحن الجوي. * إعداد عروض الأسعار للعملاء وحساب تكاليف الشحن والرسوم المرتبطة بها. * متابعة الحجوزات والشحنات الجوية من بلد المنشأ حتى الوصول إلى الوجهة النهائية. * معرفة إجراءات الشحن والتخليص والمستندات المطلوبة للشحنات الدولية. * التعامل مع بوليصة الشحن الجوي **(Air Waybill – بوليصة الشحن الجوي)** وإجراءات الحجز والتوثيق. * الإلمام بأنظمة ومعايير **الاتحاد الدولي للنقل الجوي (IATA – إياتا)**. * فهم متطلبات وقوانين وتراخيص واعتمادات **إياتا (IATA)** المتعلقة بنشاط الشحن الجوي. * معرفة اشتراطات التعامل مع أنواع الشحنات المختلفة والمواد المقيدة أو التي تتطلب إجراءات خاصة. * متابعة تغيرات أسعار الشحن والسعات المتاحة ومسارات الرحلات واختيار الحل الأكثر كفاءة من حيث **السعر والوقت**. الشروط: * **يشترط وجود خبرة سابقة فعلية في مجال الشحن الجوي الدولي.** * خبرة في التواصل والتفاوض مع شركات الطيران ووكلاء الشحن. * القدرة على الحصول على **أسعار قوية وتنافسية** من شركات الطيران ومزودي الخدمة. * معرفة جيدة بأنظمة وقوانين وإجراءات **IATA** والتراخيص والاعتمادات المتعلقة بالشحن الجوي. * فهم جيد لإجراءات الاستيراد والتصدير والشحن الدولي. * إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى يسمح بالمراسلات والتفاوض مع الجهات الدولية. * مهارات عالية في التفاوض وبناء العلاقات ومقارنة عروض الأسعار. * يفضل من لديه **شبكة علاقات قائمة مع شركات الطيران ووكلاء الشحن الجوي داخل المملكة وخارجها**. **ملاحظة مهمة:** هذه الوظيفة متخصصة في **الشحن الجوي الدولي**، لذلك يرجى التقديم فقط لمن لديه خبرة عملية سابقة ومباشرة في المجال، وسبق له التعامل مع شركات الطيران والحصول على أسعار شحن دولية تنافسية. A logistics company is seeking an experienced **International Air Freight Specialist** with strong practical experience in international air cargo, airline negotiations, freight pricing, and IATA requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Communicate and negotiate directly with **airlines, cargo carriers, and international freight agents**. * Source and negotiate **highly competitive air freight rates** and commercial terms. * Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners. * Compare freight rates, routes, flight schedules, transit times, and available capacity to identify the most competitive solutions. * Prepare quotations and calculate freight costs and related charges. * Manage and follow up on air freight bookings and shipments from origin to final destination. * Handle **Air Waybills (AWB)** and other international air freight documentation. * Maintain strong knowledge of **International Air Transport Association (IATA)** standards and procedures. * Understand **IATA licensing, accreditation, compliance, and operational requirements** related to air cargo. * Understand international import/export procedures, restricted cargo, special shipments, and handling requirements. Requirements: * **Previous hands\-on experience in international air freight is mandatory.** * Proven experience dealing and negotiating directly with airlines and freight agents. * Strong ability to secure **competitive air freight rates** and favorable commercial terms. * Good knowledge of **IATA regulations, procedures, licensing, and accreditation requirements**. * Good understanding of international shipping, import, and export procedures. * Strong English communication and negotiation skills. * Excellent pricing, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills. * Candidates with an **existing network and strong relationships with airlines and air freight agents in Saudi Arabia and internationally are highly preferred**. **Important:** This is a specialized **International Air Freight** position.
