The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives**Job Description:** **Dents****u Sports International Graduate Programme****(GADDAHA)****– Riyadh, Saudi Arabia** Dentsu Sports International is offering graduates the opportunity to join our Riyadh office through a paid, 12\-month graduate programme running from August 2026 to July 2027\. Designed for ambitious graduates looking to build a career in sports management, the programme combines hands\-on experience within a global agency network with the opportunity to work at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing sports industry. The programme will be split across two six\-month rotations: **Six months in Dentsu Sports International** You will gain experience across Dentsu Sports International’s core services, including sponsorship and consultancy, content and creative, hospitality and events, partnership activation and fan engagement. You will support live client briefs, strategic projects and new business opportunities. This may include market research, sponsorship strategy, client presentations, partnership planning and management, campaign development and delivery, content planning, event support and wider agency projects. This rotation will give you a broad understanding of how sports marketing strategies are developed and delivered, from the initial insight and strategic thinking through to activation and execution. **Six months in Dentsu Sports Analytics** You will gain practical experience using data and insight to understand audiences, evaluate sponsorship performance and help brands and rights holders make better\-informed decisions.
