Interior Fitout - Site Engineer

Interior Fit\-Out Site Engineer We are looking for an experienced **Interior Fit\-Out Site Engineer** to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong site experience in interior fit\-out works and be available for immediate joining. Key Requirements * Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Site Engineer in interior fit\-out projects. * **UAE experience** in interior fit\-out/construction is preferred. * Must hold a **valid UAE driving license**. * **Immediate joining** is required. * **Fluent English communication skills are mandatory**. * Good knowledge of interior fit\-out works, site coordination, drawings, materials, and project execution. * Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams. * Strong problem\-solving, communication, and site management skills. * Ability to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Job Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit\-out activities at the project site. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with subcontractors and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship. * Review drawings and identify site\-related technical issues. * Coordinate material requirements and deliveries with the project team. * Prepare site reports and provide regular progress updates. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. * Resolve site issues and coordinate with the project management team for timely solutions.
