Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor

**804 Avenue Properties and Contracting LLC SPC** is looking for an experienced **Interior Fit\-Out Site Supervisor** to join our team in Abu Dhabi. **Key Requirements** * Minimum **2 years of UAE experience** in interior fit\-out, renovation, or contracting. * **Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of interior finishing and fit\-out works. * Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors on site. * Ability to read and understand drawings and project specifications. * Having CAD knowledge will be added benefit * Good knowledge of **gypsum, false ceiling, painting, flooring, carpentry, glass \& aluminum, and general finishing works**. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage daily site activities and meet project deadlines. * **Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.** **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily site activities and manpower. * Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. * Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedule. * Monitor materials and workmanship. * Identify and resolve site issues. * Coordinate inspections, snagging, and rectification works. * Provide regular progress updates to management. * Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and proper housekeeping. Pay: AED2,500\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
