**Interior Designer \- Russian Speaker** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Company:** Dantone Home Dantone Home is looking for a talented and commercially driven **Interior Designer** to join our team. The successful candidate will combine strong design skills with a passion for furniture, customer experience, and sales. You will work directly with clients to understand their lifestyle, space, and design preferences, creating personalized furniture solutions and supporting them throughout their design journey. Key Responsibilities * Meet and consult with customers to understand their interior design requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget. * Develop space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, and design proposals. * Create professional **2D layouts, collages, and 3D visualizations**. * Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements when required. * Recommend furniture, lighting, accessories, and finishes from the Dantone Home collection. * Manage projects from initial consultation through to delivery and installation. * Work closely with the sales, operations, visual merchandising, and installation teams. * Build strong relationships with clients and ensure an exceptional customer experience. * Convert design consultations into furniture and project sales. * Follow up on quotations and design proposals to maximize conversion. * Maintain a strong understanding of current interior design trends and the Dantone Home product portfolio. Requirements * Degree or diploma in **Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field**. * Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in residential interior design or furniture retail. * Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite**. * Strong space\-planning and furniture\-layout skills. * Excellent presentation and communication skills. * Commercial awareness and the ability to understand customer budgets. * Experience working in a **premium furniture or interior design environment** is preferred. * Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. * UAE driving licence is an advantage.
