Interior Designer / Draftsman - Fit-Out & Joinery

**About Us** We are a Dubai based turnkey renovation and fit\-out company with our own in\-house joinery workshop. We handle full apartment and villa renovations, and we fabricate kitchens, bathroom vanities, wardrobes, media walls and TV units in\-house. Because production happens under our own roof, our drawings go straight to the shop floor, so getting them right matters. **The Role** We are looking for a Designer / Draftsman with 3 to 6 years of experience to produce design and production drawings for our projects. You will work on concept development, client presentations, and the shop drawings our workshop builds from. This is a hands\-on role that runs from first sketch through to installation. **What You Will Do** * Prepare 2D shop drawings: plans, elevations, sections and joinery details for kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, media walls and TV units * Produce 3D models and renders for client presentations * Develop concepts and moodboards, then take them through client revisions * Attend client meetings to present designs and pick up feedback * Carry out site visits for measurements, survey and installation checks * Coordinate drawings with the workshop team, production supervisors and site staff * Prepare material and finish schedules, and support quantity take\-offs for estimation * Keep drawing sets and revisions properly recorded **What You Need** * 3 to 6 years of interior design or drafting experience, ideally in the UAE * Strong AutoCAD skills for production and shop drawings * SketchUp with V\-Ray for 3D modelling and rendering * 3ds Max with Corona for high quality client renders * Revit for BIM coordination * Solid understanding of joinery construction: carcass build\-up, hardware, edge details and finishes * Working knowledge of hardware brands such as Blum, Hettich and Hafele * Able to read architectural and MEP drawings * Good English communication and comfortable in front of clients * Bachelor degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field **Nice to Have** * Experience with Dubai authority submissions such as DM, Trakhees, DDA or Nakheel * Photoshop and InDesign for presentation boards * UAE driving licence * Experience working alongside an in\-house workshop **What We Offer** * Direct involvement in projects from concept through to handover * An in\-house workshop, so you see your drawings get built * Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE Labour Law * Annual leave and air ticket as per UAE Labour Law * Room to grow with a company taking on larger renovation projects **How to Apply** Please apply with your CV and a portfolio showing both your shop drawings and your 3D renders.
