Job description
We are looking for interior designers to join our team,
candidate must have 3\+ years of extensive experience in high\-end residential , commercial \& hospitality interiors, from concept to completion including delivery of highly detailed rendering, understanding details, and providing solutions as well as client\-facing with a strong personality and decision making.candidates must have experience in 3dsMax ,AutoCAD \& photoshop.
\*\* portfolio is mandatory for applications construction otherwise the application will be neglectedROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
\* create breathtaking designs
\* handling many projects simeltanuasly .
\* Set a client meeting to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors ,further coordination is required to meet the project objectives.
\* Create mood /material boards for client approval.
\* Undertake design project from concept into completion.
\* Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project and ensure completion on the given timeline.
\* Visiting Site if requested by client/design manager.
\* Coordinate with the Contractor/Consultant and revise the shop drawings.
\* Prepare space planning Layout.
\* prepare schematic layouts and design drawings if required.
\* Work on the Furniture selection from websites or local market.
\* Research and selection on the materials and products sourcing.
\* Prepare drawings , material specifications and BOQ if requested .
\* To be aware and updated about anything related to design, technology in design field and new trends and materials.
\* Meet Suppliers for any new products.
\* working under pressure to meet the delivery date .
