Interface Manager

Leveraging extensive experience and AI\-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. **Key Responsibilities** The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in managing complex interfaces, coupled with exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills. In addition, the individual should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, ownership, and performance, with the ability to effectively navigate and resolve interface\-related challenges. * Coordinate multidisciplinary project activities across multiple teams and regions. * Manage project interfaces between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. * Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to support project alignment, collaboration, and successful delivery outcomes. * Facilitate stakeholder meetings, progress reviews, and communication between project teams and senior management. * Monitor project schedule, risks, progress, and delivery performance. * Support project governance, reporting, and change management activities. * Facilitate communication and alignment between global delivery centres and project teams. * Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements. **Qualifications \& Requirements*** Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering Management, or related discipline. * Experience preferably in EPC/EPCM/PMC project environments. * Strong experience in project coordination, interface management, stakeholder engagement, and cross\-functional collaboration. * Experience working on major capital projects within multinational environments.
