Interface Coordinator - Walkin Chennai

• Coordinate different NOC Entities to complete NOC documents, issues and its clearance. Keep a record for each NOC and its progress. Identify the Client requirements pertaining to NOC/ Interface and Prepare documents and its resubmission as required. Make mails/calls to third party agency coordinator to understand their actual requirements and response Keeping NOC Register and its updating Preparing NOC documents, drawings, calculation using project team and consultant as required. Speaking skills in English & Arabic Experience in uploading NOC portals of different entities. Coordinating with other contractor for interface issues • Coordinating with Engineering team to update the changes in the engineering documents/drawings • Arranging meeting with NOC team, third party entities, Clients etc. Preparing agenda and minutes of all NOC and Interface meetings. Basic knowledge about google earth, Arch GIS Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering - Mechanical Eligibility Criteria ✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible Age Criteria: • Maximum age limit is 49 years • For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience Managerial and SR. Positions: • A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
