Instrumentation & Control Engineer

**Responsibilities:** * Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Instrumentation \& Control (I\&C) systems in accordance with project specifications and contract requirements. * As Consultant, ensuring contractor compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements. * Review and approve I\&C\-related shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, ITPs, and commissioning procedures. * FAT, SAT, loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning activities for PLC, SCADA, RTU, telemetry, and field instrumentation systems. * Monitor contractor progress, identify technical issues, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedules. * Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines to ensure successful system integration. * Review inspection reports, calibration certificates, testing records, as\-built drawings, O\&M manuals, and commissioning documentation. * Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and technical coordination meetings with clients and contractors. * Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager. * Ensure successful commissioning, performance testing, and final acceptance of I\&C systems for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. **Qualification:** B.E. Instrumentation \& Control 10 \- 15 years Experience on Siemens, Rockwell Automation, PLC and Emerson DCS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.), is must. Experience on WWTP / STP Middle East region project. Knowledge of International standards like ISA, BS, IEC, NEMA Good Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Learning Attitude, good grasping power and should be a good team member.
