Inside Sales & Sales Coordinator – Technology Solutions

An established technology solutions company is seeking an energetic Inside Sales \& Customer Intake Coordinator to own incoming sales enquiries, qualify customer requirements, prepare routine quotations, maintain CRM records and ensure every lead receives timely follow\-up. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming sales enquiries by phone, email and digital channels. * Understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities before routing them appropriately. * Prepare standard quotations and supporting commercial documents. * Create and maintain accurate CRM records for leads, quotations and follow\-up activity. * Follow up open quotations and customer requirements consistently. * Coordinate internally with sales, technical, logistics and finance teams. * Escalate larger or more complex opportunities to the appropriate sales executive. Requirements * 1\-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support or a similar commercial role. * Strong telephone, written and customer\-facing communication skills. * Good organisational skills and disciplined follow\-up. * Comfortable using CRM, Microsoft 365 and AI/productivity tools. * Interest in technology products and willingness to learn. * Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. Package: QAR 4,000\-6,000 full package \+ sales incentives.
