Innovation Strategy Manager

Job Title: Innovation Strategy Manager Company: Ideatech Innovations Role Overview Ideatech Innovations is looking for a strategic Innovation Strategy Manager to drive emerging tech initiatives, evaluate market opportunities, and manage our end\-to\-end innovation pipeline. In this role, you will collaborate with cross\-functional leadership to transform disruptive concepts into viable commercial products and scalable business models. Key Responsibilities * Define, refine, and execute corporate innovation strategies aligned with long\-term company growth targets. * Lead market intelligence, tech Scouting, and trend analysis to identify high\-potential technology opportunities and market gaps. * Oversee the innovation lifecycle—from ideation and proof\-of\-concept (PoC) development to prototyping and commercial pilot launch. * Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to integrate innovative solutions into core product portfolios. * Establish strategic relationships with tech incubators, research institutes, industry partners, and startup ecosystems. * Track and report key innovation metrics, ROI on tech investments, and resource allocation across research projects. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology Management, or Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or tech venture building. * Proven track record of successfully guiding new technology concepts from initial research through pilot implementation and scale. * Strong expertise in Design Thinking, Agile product development, and lean startup methodologies. * Exceptional strategic vision, stakeholder management, and cross\-functional leadership skills. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٦٬٩٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
