Plan and implement preventive maintenance and calibration programs. Ensure maximum machinery efficiency and strict adherence to safety regulations. Manage tools, spare parts inventory, and maintenance logs. Requirements \& Technical Skills: Hands\-on experience with PLC programming \& VFD drives setup. Strong expertise in industrial machinery troubleshooting. Minimum 3 years of experience in a plastic manufacturing factory (Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering).
