**Job Title: Industrial Safety Operations Incharge (Sales \& Marketing)** **Company:** Leaders Training Centre – Qatar **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time (On\-Site) **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM **Gross Salary:** QAR 5000\-7000/month **About the Role** Leaders Training Centre is seeking an experienced **Industrial Safety Operations Incharge** to lead the operational, compliance, accreditation, and business development functions of our Industrial Safety Division. As this is a newly established department, the selected candidate will play a key role in setting up operations, managing accreditations, developing partnerships with leading oil \& gas companies, and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the day\-to\-day operations of the Industrial Safety Division. * Manage and maintain international and local safety training accreditations and ensure regulatory compliance. * Liaise with accreditation bodies and ensure all required standards are maintained. * Develop and strengthen relationships with leading oil \& gas companies and corporate clients. * Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote industrial safety training programs. * Generate new business opportunities and manage corporate accounts. * Prepare proposals, quotations, corporate presentations, and client reports. * Coordinate training schedules, instructors, certifications, and operational activities. * Establish operational processes and support the growth of the Industrial Safety Division. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health \& Safety, Business Administration, or a related field. * **3–5 years of relevant experience** in industrial safety operations, compliance, training, business development, or a similar role. * Experience working with **oil \& gas companies**, industrial clients, or accredited training centres is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of industrial safety standards, accreditation processes, and regulatory compliance. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Strong organizational and leadership abilities with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **Benefits** * Visa Sponsorship * Medical Insurance * Annual Leave as per Qatar Labour Law * Career Growth Opportunities **To Apply** Please send your updated CV mentioning **"Industrial Safety Operations Incharge"** in the subject line. **Email:** **WhatsApp:** \ Pay: QAR5,000\.00 \- QAR7,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in Industrial Safety, HSE, Training Operations, or a related field? * Do you have experience working with oil \& gas companies or industrial clients? * Do you have experience managing or maintaining international safety accreditations (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OPITO, ECITB, ISO, OSHA)? * How many years of corporate sales or business development experience do you have? * Are you comfortable leading a new department and managing multiple operational responsibilities? * Please briefly describe your experience with industrial safety operations, accreditations, compliance, and business development. * Are you available in Qatar or willing to relocate to Qatar if selected? * Are you comfortable with a QAR 5000/ month Salary?
