Industrial Operations Director Leads and oversees the company’s industrial and manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, high\-quality output, cost control, workplace safety, and compliance with industry standards. Develops operational strategies, manages production teams and resources, and drives continuous improvement to achieve business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Direct and manage overall industrial and manufacturing operations. * Develop operational strategies, production plans, and performance targets. * Oversee production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain activities. * Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment, materials, and facilities. * Monitor production costs, productivity, quality, and operational performance. * Implement continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. * Lead and develop operations managers, supervisors, and production teams. * Manage operational budgets and identify cost\-saving opportunities. * Coordinate with senior management and other departments to meet business goals. * Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures. * Evaluate new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
