Industrial Manufacturing Lead

**Job Summary** We are seeking an **Industrial Manufacturing Lead** to oversee manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will provide operational leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead daily manufacturing operations and production activities. * Monitor production performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency. * Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. * Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing standards. * Train, mentor, and support manufacturing teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems. * Experience managing teams in an industrial production environment. * Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, communication, and decision\-making skills. * Lean Six Sigma or manufacturing\-related certifications are an advantage.
