Industrial Logistics Equipment Lead

**Job Summary:** Setor de Reservas Industrial is seeking a skilled Industrial Logistics Equipment Lead to oversee heavy material handling equipment, streamline warehouse logistics machinery operations, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and optimize internal material transport workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee the allocation, operational deployment, and preventive maintenance of industrial logistics equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, AGVs, and overhead cranes. * Coordinate with warehouse management and production teams to ensure timely internal material transfer, parts staging, and dispatch readiness. * Execute routine fleet safety checks, equipment inspections, and diagnostic assessments to maximize asset uptime and operational reliability. * Track inventory records for spare machinery parts, maintenance tooling, and fuel/charging usage to maintain operational efficiency within budget. * Enforce workplace safety protocols, OSHA/local regulatory compliance, load capacity limits, and safe equipment operation guidelines across all shifts. * Manage equipment operator scheduling, performance evaluations, and training programs for certified machinery operation. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or Diploma in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of hands\-on experience managing industrial material handling equipment or fleet logistics within a manufacturing or warehousing environment. * **Skills:** Strong knowledge of industrial vehicle mechanics, fleet tracking systems, warehouse management software (WMS), and material handling safety codes. * **Competencies:** Strong team leadership, sharp problem\-solving skills under high\-volume demand, high attention to operational safety, and clear communication. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٩٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
