Industrial Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives within industrial and modular manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in process improvement, production planning, lean manufacturing, and industrial engineering methodologies. Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct time studies, motion studies, and productivity analysis. Optimize manpower utilization, production layout, and material flow. Support production planning and capacity analysis activities. Prepare SOPs, workflow charts, and process documentation. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering teams. Monitor KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, downtime, and operational performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements. Support automation and industrialization projects within manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures. Participate in factory improvement and expansion projects. Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3-7Yrs years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations. Experience in modular construction, steel manufacturing, prefab, or industrial production environments preferred. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, ERP systems, and industrial engineering tools. Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing systems.
