**Job Title:** Industrial Automation Specialist **Company:** Sapient Techno Industries **Job Summary:** Sapient Techno Industries is seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Specialist to design, program, integrate, and troubleshoot advanced control systems, PLC/SCADA networks, and automated manufacturing equipment to optimize plant productivity and system reliability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, program, and commission Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human\-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and SCADA control systems. * Integrate industrial robotics, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and motion control hardware into automated production lines. * Troubleshoot electrical circuitry, communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus), and control loop faults to minimize facility downtime. * Conduct root\-cause analysis on system failures and implement hardware or software upgrades to enhance operational efficiency. * Collaborate with project engineers and maintenance teams to draft technical documentation, control schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Ensure all automation installations adhere to industrial safety regulations, electrical codes, and company quality standards. **Key Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of hands\-on experience in PLC programming, industrial automation design, and system integration within a manufacturing setting. * **Skills:** Proficiency with major PLC software platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Allen\-Bradley, Schneider), SCADA development, electrical CAD software, and industrial networking. * **Competencies:** Strong analytical problem\-solving, attention to technical detail, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in high\-demand technical environments. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٩٬٨٠٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
