Your expertise will empower individuals and families to make informed decisions, ensuring they move forward confidently with their dreams of a better future. **Key Responsibilities:** * Engage and Educate: Manage inbound leads through phone, email, and social media, providing clear and accurate information on visa/immigration services for top global destinations. * Client\-Centric Approach: Use pre\-set templates and personalize communication to address each client's unique needs and immigration goals. * Expert Guidance: Advise on available immigration programs and policies, helping clients understand their options and make educated decisions about their future. * Relationship Building: Build long\-lasting relationships with clients by offering ongoing advice, maintaining communication, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the immigration process. * Close Deals: Convert leads into clients, close contracts, and meet financial targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism. * Confidentiality and Accuracy: Handle sensitive immigration documents and client case information with confidentiality, adhering to deadlines and client agreements. * Multitasking Mastery: Manage multiple priorities, phone calls, and case processing effectively in a fast\-paced environment. **What We’re Looking For:** * Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, negotiation, or consulting is a must.
